We are pleased to invite you to a joint conference dedicated to Improving Electricity Efficiency in Commercial Buildings (IEECB 2002) and Energy-Efficient Lighting (Right Light 5), to be held in Nice (French Riviera) from 27 to 31 May, 2002.

Following the success of previous conferences, the combined IEECB 2002 and Right Light 5 event seeks to bring together various key players from these sectors. This conference is addressed to managers of commercial buildings, energy efficiency experts, equipment manufacturers, service providers (utilities, facilities management) and decision makers, with a view to exchanging information, in order to learn from one another and to network.

This 5-day joint conference will focus on both general and specific issues such as:
environmental and energy efficiency policies, changes in regulation and deregulation, market approaches, challenges and forecasting, during the plenary sessions, R&D, state-of-the-art, available tools, for various types of devices and equipment for commercial buildings (during the parallel workshop sessions, the Right Light 5 benchmarking workshop, and the exhibition), there will also be informal events such as lunches, dinners, cocktails, and visits, and special working group meetings before and after the conference, in which the participants will have the opportunity to network, or to simply enjoy Nice and the surroundings.
